One of the ways we care for ourselves as leaders if we are going to care well for the people God has entrusted to us. Technology is not evil but it does cater to the brokenness in our selves. We use it to escape, to self- soothe, to comfort, and to numb. Reframing the way we use technology is one of the ways that we can refresh and renew our souls.
